PAL Public Library Cooperative Purchasing Policy

The PAL Public Library Cooperative supports public library services (including books/materials, supplies, equipment, programs, and electronic resources/subscriptions) in Putnam, Alachua, and Levy Counties in Northeast Florida through funding provided by the State Aid to Libraries Grant program, administered by the Florida Department of State’s Division of Library and Information Services.
