The PAL Cooperative operates under a budget for each fiscal year, which is prepared by the Cooperative Administrator – in consultation with the other library system Directors – and approved by the Governing Board. Click the links below to view our budgets.

Our annual operating budget is funded under the provisions of the State Aid to Libraries Grant program, administered by the Florida Department of State’s Division of Library and Information Services.
